On the comand line key GO LICPGM, press [Enter]
Select #10
Press F11 this will show the installed release.

I’m not too sure what you want to view by the general term hardware.

Go to your DC and see the hardware physically will tell you the model.

or follow an easy way, type PRTERRLOG and then WRKSPLF to see your spool, you will find the whole hardware description including OS version

IBM will always use the hardware configuration manager in SST.

STRSST and login
select option 1 Start a service tool
then option 7 Hardware service manager
F6=Print configuration
Exit SST, WRKJOB option 4 and the report will have all your HW info including:
SYSTEM TYPE / MODEL / FEATURE CODE / SERIAL NUMBER / RELEASE
