SuSE SLES8 Media Kit


SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, Linux

I'm looking for the SuSE SLES8 Media Kit for an upgrade from SLES7.
We have a valid premium support contract for the enterprise server but didn't succeed in downloading the appropriate software from SuSE's support database via ftp (permission problem, though I had successfully entered the support portal).
Does someone know where I can get the required Kit from or what I can do in order to get it via the web ?
