I currently hold the position of Supplier Enablement, Functional Consultant and I will like to know how I can expand my knowledge in this field. I realize that that this position is not a position that is on demand, so I find it very challenging to see what other employers are looking for when it comes to filling this position, if I ever find one. I don't have any plans in leaving my current position, but do what to know what I need to do to add more experience to my belt. Will this be from getting a particular supplier enablement certification, if such certification even exists? Basically, I want to know what I must do to get recognized as a valuable consultant who has knowledge in the Supplier Enablement arena. I basically work on the implementation of e-catalogs using hosted supplier portals. I couldn't find any thread on this subject either. I suppose that the sap srm is similar to supplier enablement? If not, in what ways is different and I am also wondering in what ways are similar. Your input on my dilemma here is much appreciated. Thank you.
