Sum of Donations for current year

I have a query that sums donations and groups them by year. When I print receipts, it gives me two receipts -- one for year-to-date donations for 2009, and another that includes 2008 and 2009 donations. How do I get just the one receipt to print?

You need to look into how the receipts are printed from the query. Open the report in Design mode or look into the print macro – see if one can be stopped/commented. May even look into the Group By query – you can mark some fields as non-display (un-check Show).

Basically we need more information — example of Group By query, how receipts are printed – macro or in Report format.
