We have an Exchange user who wants to delay their sent email up to 5 minutes (senders remorse), but also have the option to push through manually when something is urgent. I originally set an outgoing rule for all email to defer deliver but that did not address her immediate needs. We've had issues enabling her Exchange account in the send/receive group and scheduling every 5 minutes because incoming emails are sometimes not being delivered to her inbox on schedule. Is there a recommended way to make this preference functional?
