Welcome to ITKE, stephen888! The first thing you should do is click ‘contacts’ in the navigation plane and then click suggested contacts. After doing that, click Folder Properties and make sure you the check box is checked under the Outlook Address Book tab that says “Show this folder as an e-mail Address book”.
