SFLRCDNBR is used to:
- idenify a row of the subfile which will be included on the display
- SFLRCDNBR(CURSOR) the SFL row that the cursor will be on when the sfl is displayed.
Conversely SFLCSRRRN returns to the program the row that the cursor was on when the screen was submitted - 0 indicates that the cursor wasn't in the SFL area of the screen.
