I am using exchange 2003
Outlook 2003  in exchange mode.

A few weeks ago we had a hard drive crash and had to repair our exchange database because it corrupted.  We did a data repair of the datafile, not a backup recovery. 

Now I have one user who has one email that she cannot delete!
She is a "clean" inbox freak so its driving her nuts, and thus she drives me nuts.

when she attempts to delete she gets the error message

"The item could not be deleted. It was either moved or already deleted, or access was denied"


I have tried the following

1. Outlook is not in chached mode.
2. attempted to delete in OWA
3. attempted to move file first
4. attemped to delete it with a group of other messages.

Now I am stuck, I cannot find a way to get rid of this email?
Is there a way to delete a single message directly from the exchange server?
