		<description><![CDATA[There is (apparently) no way to make this happen, nor does there seem to be any reason to think it might be possible. This is not especially different from asking how make any other program do something from the outside. It&#039;d be easier just to write a program that did whatever SEU is expected to be doing.

Maybe you want a changeable message, in which case the wrapper program seems to be the way to go...
