 Strange Exchange 2007 Calendar Request Response

On our Exchange 2007 server we have approx. 15 users with Blackberries, each of which are configured with an external contact and all messages forwarded to the external address. Whenever one of these users sends a meeting request, the response from the invitee comes back completely blank i.e. no subject, no body, just a blank e-mail. Has anyone else encountered this and if so, what is the fix?

Make sure you communicate with all users to neither send nor respond to meeting notices from the blackberry. Our organization has had so many issues which all seem to be related to either sending or accepting meetings from the blackberry. Somehow that always messes things up. They now all send or accept/decline from their desktop outlook client only.
