I’m having a problem with auto-formatting in Excel 2010.
I’ve disabled the auto-formatting through Options > Proofing > Autocorrect Menu
But the formatting keeps changing. I’ve built a table which has four columns (A B C & D) A, B, and C are formatted as time and D should be formatted as general. However, after entering the times in A and B (the time in C is calculated) any data entered in D also formats to time. I can change it back to general after data entry, but even if I set the format of column D in subsequent blank rows it still gets changed to time format!
Any ideas what I should do?
