Storing and updating text files on Fibre Channel switches
Hi, I am exploring a use case where in I need to store some text files on the FC switch which is connected to the host. Question is - 1) Can we store text files on the switches, persistent to switch reboots 2) Is there any API's that can be used to create, modify and delete text data on the switch? 3)Can the data be simultaneously accessed by all the hosts connected on the switch? Appreciate your help. Thanks & Regards Ranjit

The other requirement is – If i have 4 nodes + storage, zoned in to the same zone. Now at run time, i would like to kick off one of the host from the zone -so as to remove the disks from the hosts. Is there API’s to do this? any issues you forsee or is there a better approach? Please suggest

Thanks & Regards
Ranjit
