I run my own company & have got employess and i share a same email inbox as they need it ,but i came to know that some one is forwarding mails from my inbox and deleting afterwards.Is there any way to stop forwarding mails from my inbox without my permission (i cant change my password)?Please help me!!!

the question is what kind of mail system are using?outlook?and what kind of operating system are you using?that would help alot in answering your question.

I see the tag says gmail. For gmail there is not any way for you to stop this behavior without changing your account password and making them get their own account. You can't control the behavior of an email system which belongs to gmail, sorry.
