I sent an email with a large attachment that was delivered to the recipient but they continue to receive it about every 45 minutes. their mail bax is full and now I keep getting a Delivery failure, delivery has timed out. how do I stop it from sending ?? I've deleted it from all the folders??

It seems that the email got stuck at your or recipient server. Please ask your server administrator about the issue.thanks
I have some questions in this case :
- Is it an internal or an external email ? Or Did you send it to a user in your company or in an external one ?
- If it is an external recepient ,, Do they use Lotus notes or some other mail application ?
- Did you involve your mail administrator in this case ? please ask him to check the logs of the server in order to get what is going on .
