 Status is “Already Scheduled” in group calendar even there’s no entries

Hi,

I have a past appointment scheduled for today but was cancelled. So I deleted the calendar entry. And now, those who have access to view my calendar sees that I'm still unavailable. When they try to open my calendar and see the details it is said that "Document has been deleted."

I've tried to refresh, do fixup, updall and compact as well. Tried to purge deletions but to no avail I'm still "Already scheduled". When I try to create an entry on the same time and date, it will state that there is a calendar entry conflict.

Can anyone help with this one? I don't want to give the wrong impression that I'm unavailable when in fact I AM available.

What version of lotus Notes are you using ??? Did you try to uninstall the lotus notes and reinstall .

I’m using version 8.5.

No, I haven’t reinstalled my notes yet since its just newly installed. Is there any other way? I don’t like the idea of not being able to delete entries in the future because I would still be marked as scheduled..

Delete the entry in the Free time lookup (busy) or cluster busy database.

If this still happens you will need to delete your calendar profile. Search this forum or Notes.net for the code to do this.
