Starting my career in SAP HR

I have 4+ yrs of industry experience with 3 yrs into BPO Industry.I decided to change my stream and come out of that call centre life hence for the Last One year I am into IT Recruitment and Consulting. Completed my First Year MBA and one more year to go, currently doing SAP HR Course from a Local Institute in Bangalore. I want to know how can i start with it as a SAP HR Consultant as a fresher and job opportunities in the market.How much practice do i need to make myself a complete SAP HR Consultant......

I would suggest this as a bold moove since you are taking a vital step in your carrer. Its very good into move into sap. But as u said practise is something which will help you to outperform others. Its not all about practise its more about reseach in the module so that u will get to know more about that.
