Dear TT

We are Americans in the Philippines starting a new small home office call center! We are starting with O DESK! Then we want to become a regular small call center with 5 agents and grow from there to 25 agents next year! The technology confuses us! What do we need! With O Desk client will use SKYPE! Do we need 5 Skype accounts one for each agent?  We are very confused! What software /equipment do we need? We are all confused to what we need to start! Our agents we are training are all 1/2 Americans with American fathers who abandon them and Filipina mothers who badly need work at a good salary in this unique poor Christian nation! Please advise us All American Call Center Philippines Marcus Starr director also the Co Chairman of the Republican Party Philippines God Bless America

You need to find a regular consultant for this project. Preferably some one local. If not available, reach out to your church or denomination back in the states. You will need ongoing support and it is better to have someone set it up and then support it instead of someone coming in to fix another persons prob lems.
