I need to prevent The Disk Cleanup Tool from displaying in the Start menu for one specific identity on our network, but this identity has no access to the Control Panel - so I am unsure of the best way to remove/prevent this from appearing in Start menus. I'm thinking that a registry fix would apply to Current User....but that profile is locked out of the registry. I am trying to determine the least complicated way to get this tool out of sight (out of mind.... ;-) Any thoughts welcome!

provide identity with administrator right temporarily.get access to control panel or group policy and remove disk clean up tool from appearing. Once task is complete remove administrator rights and set to default again..
