The SRC information is nice to know but, the real thing is the system lost power because the UPS failed (I hope you are using a UPS), and the parameter power on the system after a power failure is set to NO. If the system was just at idle when it went down you should have little to no damage. If it went down in the middle of nightly processing I would run an entire save looking for damaged objects. Bottom line is if your area is prone to power outages you should look at investing in longer battery life from your UPS. One last caveat, if you are using a UPS and it is set to communicate with the system when it goes to battery, you can adjust the system (QUPSDLYTIM) to turn off before the batteries run out. Thereby having a smooth (as possible) shutdown. Hope this helped. Also don't forget to update the firmware.

It may depend on what your "AS/400" actually is. (It's possible, perhaps even probable, that it isn't an AS/400. It might be an iSeries or later.) It can also depend on your OS version/release and your HMC.

In any case, it appears that your system should have a PTF applied against some of its firmware. Exactly what needs to be applied will be different for different combinations. The problem should reported to, and PTF requested from, your support provider.

The base PTF for i5/OS V5R4, for example, apparently would be MH00758. That's been superseded multiple times, so the current PTF would be needed.
