For Charlie, I have looked at that url previously but I have same concern on the procedures perform for the stated recovery, “It is possible to IPL to Dedicated Service Tools (DST), and use Display/Alter/Dump to change the SCPF job structure so that a new process queue space PQS will be created.”
Would you be able to tell me how to do this?

For Tom, we have a full system save with SAVSYS included.
