 SQLEVN70.RLL error
Recovery of SQL Server, SQL, SQL Server, SQL Server 2000 SP2
IT Answer "Your SQL server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with (Could not open SQLEVN70.RLL). <I have been getting this error during bootup since i tried to install the microsoft office professional 2007 trial software i received with a computer book that i am currently taken in college. Before then the system was running great, but after trying to install the disk it start to run slow, not open my startup programs and now i can not reinstall teh disk properly. I have tried to restore the computer at a later date but no help with the problem How do i correct this problem?

Try installing the latest SQL Server 2000 service pack. Service Pack 4 can correct this issue some times. When you instaled Office 2007 Pro what options did you select?

Were you able to correct your installation of SQL Server?

I used the recommended option. I went to the microsoft website and did all my updates. It did all but the sql server one and said it failed. Any ideas?
