SQL0444 when I tried to access schema folder from CAE tree

SQL error messages
I am getting an error message indicating the following; [SQL0444] External program QPZA004366 in QIWS not found. Cause An attempt was made to CALL procedure or invoke function QZDGDBLL in QIWS. I open client access > Logged in > click on Database > Schema and I get this prompt message of an SQL0444 error. The library exist and one of the objects exist in the library on my system QIWS/QPZA004366 ---- Missing from library; QIWS/QZDGDBLL ---- This object exist in the library Abny assistance will be appreciated.

    Does your system have the iSeries Access product installed? Do you have library QSYS2 in the system portion of your library list? AFAIK, this is an indication of some missing configuration item. It might simply be lack of a decent cume PTF package. Tom
