 SQL Precompiled Failed
SQLRPG, AS/400, AS/400 and SQL
In SQLRPG program, when a compile a program it is showing the error SQL Precompiled Failed. I have given the sql syntax correctly. but I cant able to find the error. What may be reason for it?

Please clarify.

You should be getting a spool file from the compile .. at the end are the errors including record numbers and descriptions. The record numbers can be found in that listing. Both the errors and the statements in error will lead you/us to a solution.
