How can I protect against SQL injections and remove the injection point?  Also, how can I remove an injection that my antivir has detected?  My computer is running extremely slow and I'd like to know what information has been compromised.

Software/Hardware used:
Toshiba sattelite laptop

Fixing SQL Injection requires that you verify all values which your web application is sending to your database. Fixing the data requires that you go through all the data removing the changes that an attacker puts into the data. I talk about this in my book “Securing SQL Server“.

The first step to protect against SQL injection attacks would be to learn what an SQL injection is. -An SQL injection is not necessarily something that would remain in your network after the attack -Preventing SQL injection attacks will most likely be the job of application developers -I don't know of an antivirus capable of detecting SQL injection attacks (somebody please let me know if I'm outdated) -I doubt an SQL injection attack will make your laptop run slow. Take a look at this: SQL injection on Wikipedia Please, feel free to add more information or clarify your question if needed.
