 SQL Server 2008 SISS error row handling

Struggling with SISS I have data source and data destination With some bad data, I can't figure out how to set up sending the bad row to another destination There are over 50 columns. Sorce is a tab delimited text file Desitnation is SQL Table

Create a second destination. Click on the source, and grab the red arrow and connect it to the second destination. When the window opens change the columns that you want to trigger a redirection to redirect row.
