		<description><![CDATA[I understood that this would only count as one.  Since one socket (processor) has four cores, and SQL Server will only use up to 4 cores, only one socket would be needed for licensing purposes.  This area is very confusing in their literature, and their virtualization paper doesn&#039;t necessarily clear it up:
