We are running a VB Application in Windows 2003 environment. The database Server is SQL 2005. The Application runs in a separate server and the database in another. Remote Users connect to the application through the Remote Desktop facility. Users can go for direct print as well as save to PDF and print. Whenever more than 3 or 4 users opt for printing, the spoolsvc.exe error crops up "......Memory cannot be read" etc and the Printer spooler service is stopped. Our hardware engineer has to restart the service. The problem occurs almost every ten minutes and the Users are getting agitated.
Can someone help me out with a solution?
Thanks very much and Wishing everybody a Happy New Year 2009.
