How do I convert a spool file sitting on the 400 to a pdf file?

Hello,

There is nothing in iSeries of itself to produce a PDF. Infoprint Server (5722IP1) would enable it. There are also several third-party solutions which can produce PDFs. Then you would be able to use iSeries Navigator.

FMG (Elite Documents), Spoolmail (Gumbo), Help systems, Help400 are just a few examples of third party software that allow you to convert to a PDF.
