Spool File to PDF
Is there a way to convert a spool file in a PDF file without using any new software or coding? Thanks!

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Hi,

There is an option in operations navigator to do this, but you have to do it manually.

Regards,

Martin Gilbert.

I don't know what "new" software is defined as. One way is to setup iSeries Access for the Web (comes with iSeries Access). All spool file display as PDF.

And even the "new software" is no big deal. There are free converters out there.. Generates a PDF and puts it in the IFS. Google is your friend.. Regards Mike
