Specific Calendar Appointment does not show up on PDA

PDA, Calendar, Outlook 2007, corrupt, Exchange 2003

I have a reoccurring appointment in Outlook 2007 that does not show up on my HTC 8925 (AT&T Tilt) running Windows Mobile 6. It is only this one appointment, all other appointment show up. This was happening previously on a HTC 8525 running Windows Mobile 5 so I have ruled out the phone. I have tried recreating the calendar item but it still does not show up. I've also created test appointments in the same time slot and those appear fine. Is there anything else I can try? I'd like to avoid recreating this appointment again as there are several attendees that have already been flooded with updates while I've been troubleshooting this issue. Has anyone ever heard of being able to restore a corrupted calendar appointment?

If your phone is set not to sync up older appointments and the first date of the reoccurring appointment is way in the past I have seen this happen.

I have also seen this happen with a corrupted contact or calendar item. In this situation it is a done deal and you need to manually fix it. We did try everything including contacting MS support!
