You have a group profile (ABC) with special authorities of *ALLOBJ. You have a group of users with user class *PGMR with special authorities of *JOBCTL and *SPLCTL. They also have limited capabilities set to *NO and they are part of the Group Profile ABC. With command line access and having *ALLOBJ at the group profile level could they change or delete any object on the system?

Yes and no. There is a category that can be excluded, e.g., other user profiles that have other special authorities such as *AUDIT and *SECADM cannot be deleted directly. But in general, essentially everything is at risk. -- Tom
