thanks for quick response.what do you mean by Gateway ? i have firewall 5510 cisco ASA where i nat the mail traffic to my  ISA server 2006 and at ISA Server where i published my mail server  Exch 2007.
pls guide me further where i can block spam? i know about Exch feature of Anti spam but how i can block individual email address or any other way?
