Incoming spam is almost impossible to cure, you can filter it, but not stop it (unless you change your email account/domain and even this could be just a temporary &lt;i&gt;solution&lt;/i&gt;).

Outgoing spam can be stopped by removing the software that is sending it (i.e. use of anti-spyware/virus tools).]]></description>
