 Different numbers after email archive in Lotus Notes

Hello, Someone help me explain why I can see 2 different numbers like this ? 177 documents were copied 255 documents were deleted I was wondering whether or not I lost 78 documents. Am I right ?

Please provide more details as to exactly what procedure you went through and where you’re seeing these numbers. It might help to know what version of Lotus Notes you’re using as well.
