First in the evening suddenly my Facebook logged out and then started talking with my friends so I was completely terrified and started trying to take it back and hopefully I got a code from my yahoo account which allows me to log in again but the mysterious thing was when I clicked to see from which navigator my FB had been used I find out that my password changed from my phone. Please help me, what does that mean?

What type of phone is it? First, have you ever shared password with your nearest one? Generally hacking a mobile is a very difficult as their mechanism is so strong. You must log out your FB account on your phone and keep it idle for some days or so. After very few days again log in in FB and check if there is any change happened again. If yes, you must change FB password with complex one including your email and other social accounts, if any.

Might be there some update is needed for your system or Facebook. That does not mean your phone behaved like as you mentioned, for this reason. As told earlier, stop social networking on your FB for few days and watch if that happens again.

How do you know it was changed from your phone? Was the Facebook reset sent as a text message or did they send the reset as an email that you accessed from your phone? If it's via an email, then anyone who has or hacked your email can ask for a reset and then lock you out. If this was the case you are lucky they did not lock you out of any other accounts tied to this email. This can be done in a number of ways.
