 Some mail coming into Exchange 2003 server but not going into mailboxes.
Exchange 2003, Exchange 2003 SP2, Exchange Send/Receive
Hi. I am currently running a SBS2003 server with Exchange 2003 SP2 and we are recieving our mails but some are not going into the mailboxes. It seems to be happening to most users and it is random emails. Could someone please tell me how to resolve this. Thank you.

Can you clarify a little bit. You say "we are receiving our mails but some are not going into mailboxes" What exactly are you talking about ? Where are the e-mails going ?

Hi Knome,

My apologies, I mean that we are recieving the emails in Exchange 2003 but they are not coming through to the user. I checked the SMTPSVC1 folder log files and can see that the mail is coming through to the exchange server, but the users can not see the mail. Outlook is setup to look at the exchange server as well as in cached exchange mode. I have taken off cached exchange mode and yet still some mails that come to the server are not being shown in the users mailbox.

I am just confused as to what is happening to some of the mails that are coming to the exchange server but not showing in the users mailbox. If anyone could assist.
