We have upgraded to Exchange Server 2003. Logging is enabled on the Exchange server pointing to a mailbox called "Exchange Journal." There are approximately five to six emails per week (out of about 50,000) that seem to get stuck in the Exchange information store. They get delivered to the journal, which is supposed to be occuring after local delivery, but they are not getting delivered to the individual Exchange Server mailbox. There are no errors or system events registered; the email just doesn't get delivered to the inbox. We have applied the latest Exchange Server patches. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
