I did not get some emails from a particular user. It goes straight to spam. How can I rectify this problem?

Hi seenusri,

The easiest way to deal with this is to create a transport rule to set the SCL value for emails form that system to -1. That way they shouldn’t get flagged as spam.

Welcome to ITKE, seenusri! Can you tell which email program you're using (Outlook, Lotus Notes)?

It could depend on the e-mail service/program you are using.

In some cases, adding the sender to the address book would fix it.

You can try out this: mark the emails/ senders (which are in spam/ junk)  as "not spam/ not junk. And add the senders to the safe sender lists(assuming u have admin rights). This document can help you more: www.utas.edu.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0018/156231/Lotus_Notes_Spam_Filters.pdf

You should have the admin rights to do that.
