Assuming here SQL database meant you are trying to create a SQL table that has some fields with proper data types. For this reason, you can try MySQL/PostgreSQL which are a good for learning. However you did not reveal your purpose of your question. Is this your office/just for learning purpose? Have you any prior knowledge of database?

You have to download/install MySQL on your system (either Windows/Linux) and then start the database but some kind of configuration is necessary for its proper functioning either during installation/after installation. MySQL is here: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/

By the way what system are you using now like OS?

    There are a few versions

SQL is Structured Query Language is a database computer language designed for managing data in relational database management systems (RDBMS).

PostgreSQL is an object-relational database management system (ORDBMS).1 It is released under a BSD-style license and is thus free software. As with many other open-source programs, PostgreSQL is not controlled by any single company, but has a global community of developers and companies to develop it.

SQLite is an ACID-compliant embedded relational database management system contained in a relatively small (~225 KB1) C programming library. The source code for SQLite is in the public domain.

MySQL (pronounced /maɪˌɛskjuːˈɛl/1 My S-Q-L, or "My sequel" /maɪˈsiːkwəl/) is a relational database management system (RDBMS)2 which has more than 6 million installations. 3 MySQL stands for "My Structured Query Language". The program runs as a server providing multi-user access to a number of databases.

NoSQL (originally referring to "non SQL" or "non relational") database provides a mechanism for storage and retrieval of data that is modeled in means other than the tabular relations used in relational databases. Such databases have existed since the late 1960s, but did not obtain the "NoSQL" moniker until a surge of popularity in the early twenty-first century, triggered by the needs of Web 2.0 companies such as Facebook, Google, and Amazon.com. NoSQL databases are increasingly used in big data and real-time web applications. NoSQL systems are also sometimes called "Not only SQL" to emphasize that they may support SQL-like query languages.

If you type STUDIO into the search box in Windows it should pull up a shortcut link to it. You can then drag this to the desktop or taskbar.

It is noted that, SQL Server management studio is not installed by default. If this is unavailable, install it by running setup program. Keep it in your mind that, management studio is not available with SQL Server Express. However management studio express is available as a free download. To start SQL Server management studio, on the start menu > All programs > Microsoft SQL Server, & then click SQL Server management studio. When it is started in the connect to server verify the default settings, and then click Connect.
