Can you be more specific? Are you asking about AD compatibility issues or any software? We did run into one software application which is not supported for running AD as 2008 native. We are having to keep one 2003 DC in the mix until this one approves the upgrade unfortunately. Check with your vendors for compatibility. You may be able to add 2008 DCs as long as you keep a 2003 DC.
