 Soft phones crash/lockup with Windows 7

Hi everyone, I have a network of 30 users using soft phones. XP users are happy with 3CX, Eyebeam or Zoiper. New PCs with Win 7 have soft phone crashes/lock up. Any idea what it is about 7 that is causing this? Johnathon

I have the same problem, after typing the user name and password on Eyebeam (Telmex - Colombia version), the system freezes. I'm using Win 7 x64 with home premium and after a re-installation with enterprise). The event viewer doesn´t say anything. Byron
