Wow, that is a really general question there, can you please provide some specifics?
For starters, what version of Excchange are you talking about here, 2000, 2003, 2007?
When you say configure what are you asking for assistance with specifically? OWA and SMTP are typically built in and ready to go so what about them do you need to configure?
