We have a problem in the exchange server, when creating a new email account, smtp address is not auto populated and user cannot open outlook, I tried updating first RUS, then rebuilding RUS but still problem persists.As I check my event logs I was able to see this error below

It keeps logging every minute in my event viewer.Does anyone can help me on this?
