We have a problem in the exchange server, when creating a new email account, smtp address is not auto populated and user cannot open outlook, I tried updating first RUS, then rebuilding RUS but still problem persists. As I check my event logs I was able to see this error below Type:Error Source:MSExchangeAL Category:Address List Synchronization Event ID:8331 Description: The service threw an unexpected exception which was caught at Drive:TitaniumDsaSrcLraAbv_dgLservagent.cpp(4511) It keeps logging every minute in my event viewer.Does anyone can help me on this?

Here is a <a href=”http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/exchange2003/exchange2003_recipient_update_service.htm”>good article</a> for you to read and check your RUS for problems.
This is another <a href=”http://hellomate.typepad.com/exchange/2003/07/is_your_rus_not.html”>helpful article.</a>
Another one regarding <a href=”http://searchexchange.techtarget.com/generic/0,295582,sid43_gci1277531,00.html#”>troubleshooting the RUS.</a>
I hope one of these will help you find the answer you need.
