		<description>If you can send an e-mail from your AS/400 then you can send an SMS message.  Just send the message to the phone number at whatever.com:

T-Mobile: phonenumber@tmomail.net
Virgin Mobile: phonenumber@vmobl.com
Cingular: phonenumber@cingularme.com
Sprint: phonenumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com
Verizon: phonenumber@vtext.com
Nextel: phonenumber@messaging.nextel.com

It's affordable and it's replaced my need to log into the AS400 to status checks during the day.

I get emails, pages, txt messages 24/7 and I can customize for shifts, days, escalations lists, etc.</description>
