 SMIOSTCPGT System Task Consuming 35% of CPU and makeing my disks run very hot any ideas?

I have one LPAR which is a mirrored LPAR running MIMIX and it is having an issue with a System Resident Task of SMIOSTCPGT running a constant 35% of CPU and the disk drives are running at voer 50% busy over a 2 minute sample. I also have other LPARs also running MIMIX and I have not seen an issue with this System Resident Task running away. IBM does not have any answers for me about this tasks. Has anyone else experienced this rogue issue?

The resolution was to IPL the source machine to this mirrored LPAR. The source and target LPARs are both using 4.4 SP7.70 of MIMIX and when the source machine was finally IPL's the target machine no longer got the system task eating up the disk IO. The source machine had not been IPL'd in almost a year and the OS is V5R2 on both machines. The issue that had started the run away was a date change to daylight savings time we believe.
