Small Business Server 2003 server that is having problems sending email to only a few domains

SBS 2003, Small Business Server, Exchange

I have an SBS 2003 server that is having problems sending email to only a few domains. In the exchange manager queue section it show "The connection was dropped by the remote host" all was O.K. until about 3 days ago and then these few domains stopped working. Sending e-mail via telnet works O.K. All research so far has drawn a blank. Please, please, please help. Thanks.

Check the RBL sites to make sure your domain isnt blacklisted.

Also, try setting up an SMTP connector to your ISP's SMTP server, and forcing all email through that.

Have you made any changes to your A records or MX records on your domain registrar?
Check spamhaus to make sure you've not been blacklisted.
An SMTP server needs to have a registered A record on DNS.
Confirm that you have a secure Relay restriction, spammers may be using your SMTP to send mails.
This will work.
