 site to site VPN
I am looking for ways to connect two LANs. I would like any computer on LAN A to be able to interact with any computer on LAN B and vice versa. BOth sites ahve adsl and use windows 2003 server. Any easy How to's would be appreciated.

i would recoomend the Cisco PIX 501 for each location. based upon size of each location (# of users) we use Windows AD and setup one server as the DC and setup the DNS for the sites to use. If you would like a sample configuration, contact me offline.

I tried to send this message earlier and i do not know know if it was received. We currently use PIX 501 for our site-to-site solutions and we use windows active directory. MS DNS makes this viable with the ability to connect one to one or one to many sites.

I agree that the PIX501 would be an excellent solution for this. They are very stable and reasonably priced.

You should be able to do that with two Juniper 5GT Firewall/VPN devices. They are quiet easy to setup and manage.
