I have have LAN where using Database server here net is running on LAN usin switch, i want to block some unwanted sites using other server on 2003, so that xp clint can not use unwated site

To block unwanted websites, you need to get a proxy. Bluecoat and Websense are good companies to start researching in this area. They both offer appliances or software that you can install on the server. After the software is installed and configured to block unwanted sites, you need to set the proxy settings in Internet Explorer; you can use a group policy to do this.
