Is Single sign-on required for ISO 27001 compliance?

Answer Wiki

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

A single sign-on is not required for ISO 27001 compliance. Your organization can set its own standards based upon a survey or assessment done by a tactical gap analysis. A single sign-on may be beneficial to your company if you’re seeking a greater level of data security or you need to do so in order to meet the requirements of your clients. Single sign-on may also be required of your company to meet ISO 27001 if you’re providing service to any governmental organizations or dealing with extremely sensitive data, such as in the banking and finance industries.
