		<description><![CDATA[I agree with Howard2nd.  Windows 2000 is probably not the way to go.  It is not a server.  I would look at a Linux solution.  Clarkconnect makes a bootable CD system router.  Any Linux product can act as a router.  They all come with some version of LDAP and/or Radius to setup access.  There are many open-source internet cafe systems out there.  It WILL take a little work, but it will be more secure and you can use an older and less powefull system.  It doesn&#039;t take much more than an old computer with a little hard drive, two NICs and over 128 meg of ram.]]></description>
